The Logistics/Traffic Specialist is responsible for the oversight of the life cycle of cocoa powder products, including confirming orders with customers, preparation, shipping, and receiving. They offer support with the maintenance of logistics policies, administer and maintain inventory control program systems, and coordinate with in-house sales teams to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers. Additionally, the Logistics/Traffic Specialists coordinates with transportation providers the transportation of orders.

Essential Functions

• Overseeing accounts on the outbound side of our Cocoa department

• Planning and executing transportation and delivery orders to our buyers

• Ensure customer requirements are met

• Update spreadsheets and provide customer balances to ECOM’s traders and clients

Required Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience, preferred working with food ingredients
