We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cocoa Powder Sales Manager in our Dallas office to lead our commercial efforts across North America. In this role, you will build and nurture long-term client partnerships, leveraging deep market insights and commodity expertise to drive profitable growth in the cocoa powder and food ingredients sector.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships to grow sales volume and strengthen partnerships.
- Prepare weekly market updates and customized pricing strategies for key accounts.
- Secure long-term supply agreements through deep market understanding and client engagement.
- Leverage company assets to enhance both sales volume and quality across the product portfolio
- Ensure accurate contract administration and timely processing of sales information
- Deliver weekly reports to management on sales performance, market situations, and customer feedback
- Coordinate information flow between production, QA, R&D, operations, logistics, sustainability and commercial teams

Job requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
● 5+ years experience in food ingredients sales with proven track record
● Solid understanding of commodity markets and supply chain management
● Experience with risk management in commodity-based sales environments
● Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
● Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales approaches
